Love Never Dies at the Benedum Center
Sunday, January 7, 2018
Retirees will travel by chartered bus to the Benedum Center in Pittsburgh to see
a matinee of
Love Never Dies, a follow up musical to
The Phantom of the Opera.
Be transported to New York’s playground, Coney Island, where the masked phantom has
been hiding, yearning for his one true love and musical protégée, Christine Daaé.
Lured by the bright lights and financial rewards of Coney Island, Christine performs
on stage for one last time. But Christine soon discovers the true identity of her
mysterious impresario and that all is not what it seems.
Budget Charters has tickets available as part
of a group package. We will be joining a trip with other Budget Charters travelers but we will have seats
together. That means, however, that there will be additional stops after the
pickup in Morgantown.
The cost for the show is $108.00 that includes both transportation and show ticket. The show starts at 1:00
p.m. Pick up time is 10:00 a.m. Tickets will be distributed
on the bus.
We will depart Morgantown from the Walmart on Hornbeck Road. We
will not stop for lunch so you might want to bring a snack.
After the show, the bus will stop at Station Square where you can get dinner
on your own at one of the
restaurants. We will return to Morgantown around 8 p.m.
To reserve your spot, call Budget Charters at 724-246-1982 and ask for either Natalie
or Donna. Let them know that you are a member of the WVU Retirees Association
and are making reservations for
Love Never Dies.
We look forward to seeing you at the matinee.
