WVU Retirees Association Annual Picnic

Reservations are due by September 19, 2025. 

Retirees are invited to the WVU Retirees Association annual picnic at the Westside Senior Center on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from
12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

The Westside Senior Center is located at 500 Dupont Road in Westover.  It is adjacent to the Westover City Park and directly behind Westover City Hall.  

In addition to the food and drink, there will also be giveaway prizes and a raffle. Reservations are mandatory so that we know the amount of food to order.

This year we are collecting food donations for the Scott's Run Backpack Feeding Program. If you can, please bring food donations to the picnic.  You are find the items that they need on their website,
