The Retirees Association reserved space on February 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the WOW Factory in Star City for members to paint bowls for the Empty Bowls Monongalia luncheon. The WOW Factory provided paints, fired the bowls, and delivered them to the Empty Bowls staff in time for the event.
