Music from the Heart
Reservations for this event are due by February 5, 2020.
Join members of the Retirees Association for a reception and concert on Valentine’s Day. You don’t need to have a sweetheart to join us for hors d’oeuvres and a concert to celebrate the day.
We have reserved the Grand Hall at the Museum Education Center (Art Museum) beginning at 6:00 p.m. for a heavy hors d’oeuvres reception. Then we will go to the Creative Arts Center for a concert that begins at 7:30 p.m. The WVU Wind Symphony will present Music from the Heart, a program of works tied to emotions such as love, heartbreak and excitement.
The cover charge for this event is $5.00 per person. You will need to reserve your space so that we can be sure to have enough food and theatre seating.
Refund Policy: Reservations for this event are due by Wednesday, February
5, 2020. On that day we will make our commitment to the caterer and theatre.
As a result, we will not be able to make any refunds after that date.
