WVURA Annual Meeting

The Association's Board President opened the meeting with a welcome to members, introduced current members of the board, and gave an overview of the organization.

After that, Dr. Clay Marsh, Chancellor and Executive Dean of Health Sciences and the state's COVID-19/Coronavirus Czar updated us on the pandemic and talked about what we might expect in the future.  He had lots of information to share with us and a calming outlook for the future. 

We had a short business meeting followed by the election of two board members.  Beverly Kerr and Sonja Wilson were reelected to the board. 

After that there was a reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres. Members were invited to socialize and enjoy the refreshments. They also had an opportunity to meet with new Mountaineer, Mary Roush, and take photos with her.
