Retirees started the new year with charitable giving. The Retirees Association reserved space at the WOW Factory in Star City for members to paint bowls for the Empty Bowls Monongalia luncheon.

Retirees started the new year with charitable giving. The Retirees Association reserved space at the WOW Factory in Star City for members to paint bowls for the Empty Bowls Monongalia luncheon.
The cost to retirees was $7.00 plus tax for a bowl and they could choose to paint more than one bowl. The WOW Factory provided the paints, fired the bowls, and delivered them to the Empty Bowls staff in time for the Empty Bowls luncheon on February 22, 2025.
