Pittsburgh Christmas Market and Strip District

On Friday, November 21, we traveled to the Pittsburgh Peoples Gas Holiday Market and the Pittsburgh Strip District to kick off the Christmas shopping season. The market is the perfect place to find that wonderful, unique gift for your loved ones or for simply browsing the festive atmosphere of seasonal decorations, artisans and vendors.

We also traveled to the Strip District for more shopping and dining.  The Strip District is a foodie heaven and as authentic as it is fun.  Locals love it for its low prices and tremendous selections. The shopping district consists of ethnic grocers, produce stands, meat and fish markets and sidewalk vendors.  The Strip District also gave us the perfect opportunity to shop for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.
